What is Scott Care?
Many drivers who aren’t familiar with Scott Care ask us about it when they visit our Mazda dealership in Allentown, PA. Scott Care is similar to a factory-backed warranty in the sense that it offers several meaningful guarantees that will provide you with peace of mind.
Our Scott Care program has two levels: Gold and Platinum. Gold membership is free, while participation at our Platinum level carries a nominal fee. When you buy a new or pre-owned Mazda car at our Mazda dealership, you’re automatically enrolled in Scott Care at the Gold level.
Whether you’re a Gold or Platinum member, you’ll enjoy a limited lifetime engine guarantee, complimentary annual state inspections, and free car washes during every service appointment. You’ll also benefit from loaner vehicles or shuttle service when we work on your vehicle, and you’ll also receive coupons for discounted service in our Mazda service center.
Gold members also get one year of family identify theft protection and 24-hour roadside assistance, while Platinum members can enjoy those benefits for three years. Platinum members can also enjoy additional benefits, such as five free oil and oil filter changes and up to five tire rotations over the first three years of ownership. Platinum members can also enjoy complimentary key fob replacements for the first three years as well.
