Power and Performance
The Mazda CX-5 and the Mazda CX-50 have two available engine options, starting with the 2.5L four-cylinder engine that produces 187 horsepower and 186 lb-ft of torque. You’ll also have a 2.5L turbo four-cylinder engine option for up to 256 horsepower and 320 lb-ft of torque.
Cargo and Carrying
In both new Mazda models, you’ll have comfortable seating for up to five passengers. The Mazda CX-5 also comes with 2,000 lb of towing capability, up to 59.3 cubic feet of cargo space behind the front seats, and 30.8 cubic feet of cargo space behind the second row. The Mazda CX-50 can tow up to 3,500 lb and delivers a maximum of 56.3 cubic feet of cargo space.
